Lately I have been really enjoying some new things, one of them is podcasts. With my new "commute" (which is not that far I know) but can take 20 minutes, it's nice to not listen to the radio (sidebar: I find myself getting so angry every time I turn on the radio and that damn Katie Perry is on every.single.channel!--she is terrible, quit playing her pop radio!)
So back to my point--here are some podcasts I have been enjoying:
Jillian Michaels--if you can get past her calling everyone "buddy" I find this to be a very encouraging and well balanced Q&A style 45 minute session. I appreciate anything about fitness and nutrition that isn't trendy but grounded in science and reality, this seems to fit that bill
Freakonomics--why wait for it to be on NPR? thats what I say.

Ravi Zacharias--you know those sermons that apply lots of history and context and totally make the story or text come alive even more? This is what he does, in short 15 minute increments that you end up having to listen to over and over because 1. His accent, and 2 it's deep stuff man!
