Loving these days....

It's been a little while, and with the seasons changing, here is what I am loving these days: (not in any particular order)

1. Spaghetti squash--all you have to do is pierce it with a fork all over, put about 1/2 an inch of water in the bottom of the crock pot and cook it on low 6 hours, or high 3-4 hrs and you have a delicious side dish. I like to also add butter, salt, pepper and little Parmesan cheese. 2. Our house!--This picture is old and was taken on my phone (broken camera still). But you get a little taste of what we have goin on there. At this point the outside is all sided and the window trim is painted (red). The wood siding is from right here in Helena which I think is kind of cool. Chad and I are hopeful this siding will be good for a while but we will have to see. We will of course be treating it with a sealant as well. The inside of the house is all painted and this week will get cabinets installed. Next is flooring and trim out! We are moving right along!

3. The Chad--Here he is in Seattle where him, Chase and 2 other friends drove last weekend to see John John. He sent me this picture via text saying "just dreaming of my beautiful wife" awwww. He has done so well building this house and keeping a good attitude even when I know he has been under stress he doesn't let it get the best of him. He also brought me flowers last week for no reason.....that's always great!

4. Ms. Ella---her mom Jessica has recently been going to Zumba classes at Crossroads, and Ella has since caught on to the fun of Zumba and can show you her Zumba moves anytime, you just have to play a good song and ask. :)

5. Mickey--still as lovey as ever. We call it kitty cuddle time, and that's pretty much all the time. He will curl up on your lap and snuggle, or just hang out with you while you read or work on the computer. He has been a great addition to our household!

ok, your turn!

1.) Getting an idea for what to do with my spaghetti squash from the CSA. Thank you!
2.) Cooler weather means more soups in the Bedford house. We love soup.
3.) Blake and Rob carving a pumpkin.
4.) Rob telling me that if it means I'll wear my hair down and straight more, I should go ahead and keep it highlighted.
5.) Our house is also coming along nicely, and I shake my head in wonder every time I go there, amazed that it is ours. Oh, how I hope we can afford it. :)
